Please read our Studio Policies below carefully. If you have any

All classes and private and semi-private sessions must be booked and
paid for in advance to ensure your spot. A 24-hour notice of
cancellation is required.
Pilates studios require 24 hours notice for cancellation so that
the trainer and/or studio have enough time to book another client in
that spot.
All clients new to Lents Pilates are required to complete at least
one private session before signing up for an Equipment Class. This
is to ensure the safety of the client as well as to maintain the
flow of the class.
All sales on mat class and equipment session packages are final;
there are no refunds. All mat and equipment packages expire after 6
months; credit for pre-paid classes or sessions may be transferred
to a family member.
All clients are required to fill out a Health History Questionnaire
before attending their first class or session. To save time, you can
print and fill it out prior to your arrival at the studio. We take
your privacy very seriously. The information provided on the
questionnaire will be treated confidentially.
