The studio offers
private and semi-private Pilates training and
group
equipment classes on new Balanced Body Pilates
equipment. The Pilates Equipment Class
incorporates exercises on the Reformer and Tower using
Pilates props such as mini-balls, magic circles,
resistance bands and foam rollers. The Cardio Ropes
Class is a cardio-based core class that focuses on
reaching maximum heart rate in minimal time and uses
heavy nylon ropes, suspension straps and more (think
MMA)! The Cardio Dance Class, L.A.'s hottest
workout, is a combination of dance, hip-hop and aerobic
exercises to the best music out there. No more mindless
cardio on the treadmill ... it's time to learn some
moves, relieve stress and get that beach body! The Pilates at the Barre Class is a
Pilates-based class that incorporates Pilates, Yoga,
balancing, stretching and strengthening exercises at the

Lents Pilates has two locations in South Florida, one in
northwest Boca Raton and one in east Delray Beach. Both locations
offer group classes
and
private and semi-private sessions on the Pilates apparatus, but
in different atmospheres. The
Lents Pilates studio
in west Boca, run by Cheryl and Shannon Lents, has a relaxed,
quiet ambiance. It is perfect for those who desire more privacy and enjoy practicing

studio in east Delray has a vibrant and upbeat energy in an
open, loft-like space. Run by Shannon Lents and Matthew Smith, the
Delray studio offers private and semi-private Pilates training and
equipment-based Pilates group classes. Fun and challenging classes
such as the
Cardio Ropes Class, which uses nylon ropes and
suspension straps, Cardio Dance Class, which includes dance, hip-hop
and aerobic exercises that will have you sweating and having fun
while you sing along to your favorite songs, and the
Pilates at the Barre Class, which
incorporates Pilates exercises at the ballet barre and on the mat,
