Lents Pilates Delray offers unique small group classes such as Pilates Equipment, Ropes/TRX, Core Power and Barre. The Pilates Equipment classes incorporate exercises on the Pilates Reformer and Tower, while Ropes/TRX, Core Power and Barre classes do not.
